LE cadavre est encore chaud Harsh noise cultural terrorists mourmansk 150 have produced a brutal slab of power electronics. All the key elements are here distorted vocals, bursting static, intelligent sampling, pounding rhythms, but this is no cookie-cutter noise album. The hypnotic, ambient noise of Bay 4 Blood II, and the cycling drone and samples of Durgaz Maw, show the ability of mourmansk 150 to utilise a range of dynamics to good effect. Of the harsher tracks opener Poussiere and the sampled screaming laden Rural Investigation stand out. My favourite track on this album has to be the last track Le saboteur.
